8. In the case of customers who use the services of delivery of the product to the customer, the administrator provides the collected personal data of customers to the extent necessary to perform the delivery (eg for a courier company).

9. The Administrator processes the following Customer’s personal data: name and surname or company name; address; Phone number; e-mail adress; bank account number (in the case of traditional bank transfers); tax identification number (NIP) (applies only to clients who run a business).

10. Providing personal data referred to in point 9 is necessary for the provision of services by the Service Provider as part of the Online Store or conclusion of the Product Sales Agreement.

11. The person who has placed or consented to the placement of personal data in the Store “Dorothy in Catland” database, has the right to inspect this information. This person also has the right to modify or delete them and cease their processing at any time. This moment can not interfere with deadlines that are binding and result from the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, that is: preparation and shipment of goods, customer’s expectation of delivery of the purchased goods and fixed dates that entitle you to submit a possible withdrawal from the contract or complaint of the purchased goods.

These are text files saved on the Recipient’s computer when using the Online Store (they allow, among other things, to remember the contents of the basket).
